I'd have to guess 6 to 8 hrs of actual work (actual being relative) over 3 days maybe but that's just a guess. I tend to get sidetracked easily. I probably finished 3 or 4 other little projects over the course of this one on the truck and in my garage.

Between the retrofit and all of my other little projects they filled up 3 days plus one extra for the painting. I just love watching paint dry.

There isn't really much involved in these retrofit's. They take 3 days or so to complete but only because your waiting for this or that to dry or set up.

Go for it, it's really a pretty easy job to complete successfully.

You can't imagine how glad you'll be that you did it.

If no painting I could see it being done in one Saturday and then maybe Sunday morning to install once the butyl dries.

What Lariat said is true unless you epoxy your projectors. If you go this route then you'll need an overnight for the epoxy to dry then an overnight for your sealant (RTV for me) on the back rubber seal to dry then the third day you can seal them back up, install, and enjoy
