Ok, so the outer lense was smoked? Sorry, I just think of taking the headlight apart and painting the reflective area and bowl and leaving the clear outer part alone when I think of "painting" them. But it sounds like you had the outer lense painted

Yea, they are just like the lights on your truck(black housing). But the factory lenses started to peel. That's when I had Lifted5.4Lariat redo them with smoke and clear coat. He used the same paint and stuff the pros use(I forget the name). Just didn't hold up very long for whatever reason.

So I'm going to buy another pair like yours.

Huh, guess our lovely Texas sun just destroys everything haha. Sounds good, and thank you so much!
