Which LEDs do I need? ('97)

Hey folks, long time since I've been regularly posting here. I still have my '97 F150 XL and am thinking about swapping over most of the lighting to LEDs, since I did my current daily driver ('07 Subaru WRX) and it went rather well.

When looking at the "recommended" items for a '97 F150 on superbrightleds.com (here), they list two options for each signal, parking, stop, and tail light - one for "SACK/SRCK compatible lights" and one without. Is there an easy way to figure out which one I need?

Also, I have a large number of lights out in both my instrument cluster and behind the radio/HVAC controls. The above link indicates which bulbs I need for one or two locations, but can somebody tell me how many bulbs each component needs, and if they are different than the mentioned ones, which ones (even just the bulb spec i.e. 194/74/etc)?

Thanks much in advance!
