There are plenty of drop in bulbs that will fit your foglights. Just don't expect to get any useful light out of them.

And yes, Mercedes and Audi are very prominent on LED headlamps.

The only led housing that's worth it is from jwspeaker but it has to be retrofitted in place of your existing housing.....those are pricey though

The other option is using a silverstar bulb....its a little better than stock

Another option is a hid projector retro with your stock housings with a matchbox mini or fusion fog lite...

Although it can be done and federally its not legal and even in some states its not legal, one can get a PnP hid kit.....some the downfalls of this are pissing off oncoming traffic, glare, hot spots and degrading the halogen spec'd reflective coating in the housing....

There are LED drop-ins available now that are ~1200 lumens and focal-point placed. Not sure of the quality and they are like $130, but they are there. Doesn't look like there is h10/9145 though.

Cool

I don't think these will work in a regular F150's housing, because they are made for the Raptor. But Rigid makes a set of aluminum mounting plates that will allow you to mount dual Dually series LED lights into the housing of the fog lights. I have Dually and Dually D2's on my Polaris Ranger and they really do the job. I have a set of the Dually spot lights on top of the cab, and the Dually D2's on the brush guard in amber. I was amazed at how much they put out.
