sorry another fog light problem
99 f150. Factory fog lights do not come on. Bulbs are good as well as the fuses and relays. The foglight indicator light also comes on but I am not getting any power at the bulb

Did you do the bambi mod ?
Did you check both fog lamp fuses with a meter from both pins on the back of the fuse to a know good ground ?
How did check the relay ?
Pull the fog lamp relay, and jumper the normally open contacts in the socket 9 red wire ).
