depo fogs

I bought a set of depo fogs for my 02 f150 about two months ago. Decided I would run 9005 bulbs in them since I ran 9005's in my stockers for two years without any problem. Well the bulb melted the glare cap on the passenger side. The house and everything is fine.. Trying to get another set from the company I bought them from. If I do do you think running a 9155 bulb would be better or should I just keep them stock bulbs? Thank you and sorry in advanced if this is hard to read I'm typing it on my Droid.

I think you should just go back to 9145s. The 9005s really aren't going to help in terms of brightness. You really need more light down the road, not in front of you.

Ya I was either figuring on back to stock or 9155. I won't be putting 9005's in them anymore.
