HID installation problem

Installed a hi/lo beam HID kit into a ford f 250.
hi/lo doesn't work. the manufacturer says its cause of the daytime running lights, and is giving constant power to both hi and low beam.
i pulled every fuse at different times and still no luck.
anyone have any suggestions as to solve this problem?

What manufacturer?

I noticed my hi/lo didnt work correctly (only had HIs an no LOs), this is a single projector setup as well..and it was because the shield connector was swapped with power connector..wired wrong from the manufacturer. Both connectors are the same style..just had to reverse them and they worked.

Mine are from the retrofit source.

Sweet, I believe OP as a PnP kit.

Its because its cheap stuff bought on eBay with no QC. Those $35 kits are plagued with problems. Return it and stick with halogens, or spend money and get quality stuff (www.theretrofitsource.com)
