High Beam Issue

Hey guys I'm hopping someone on here might have had this issue and knows where my problem might be. I've got a 04 FX4 with aftermarket projector head light assembly. The high beams wont come on. I've checked for power at the light and the factory wire at the plug, no luck. The relay RO3 you can here clicking and I replaced it with a known working one. The only thing I can tell so far is the high beam indicator on the dash doesn't come on. Does anyone have a idea as to where I need to look? Thanks.

Yer welcome, sir. It sure helps when folks provide a good symptomatic description.
