OK, it is hit or miss if the CC works or not ( DanielWalker10's experience was the other side of the same coin ).

Thank you for the feed back on that part of the modification, useful info for future members, they will appreciate the head up when they search and find this, to know it might not be a given that a load resistor is needed

Don't know if this possibly coincide with my swap or not.

Since just about the same day i did the swap and new flasher, my alarm chirp rarely works. Could this have caused any problems or is it completely an alarm and/or key fob issue? :|

Put everything the way is was and see if the problem persists.
