Sweet! Yeah I've decided to go strictly LEDs for my off road lighting. I was slightly skeptical for a while about the LED light bars especially since they are so expensive but with the reports and reviews coming out lately, and the awesome images you have provided, I am going to obtain one. I'll have to wait until Tactical Armor Group is done building my winch bumper in a month, but an LED light bar is a happening. Here's a question for you though. While the Rigid Industries LED bar is rated probably the best light bar out there, are there others that are comparable without spending as much? Have you checked out the light bars from M & R Automotive? They have a 34" 180W 60LED bar I've been scoping out and it's only $500 with $20 shipping. I understand that you get what you pay for but if I can save $XXX.xx on an item that isn't noticeably inferior to another item, then I'll go for it.

Now these two videos came out after I bought my bar but I needed to make sure mine were durable. This year at my hunting camp I got in a bind in some slippery clay and had to take out a small pine tree to save the truck and it drill my lightbar...left a little dent and a scratch....so I am extrememly please to say the least...I am pretty sure after watching these two videos you won't have your mind set on anything but Rigid. The first one may actually set your mind but a second for fun.,

Question

Will these fit behind the bumper grille? I need something low profile that will fit in a tight area as the main grille already has 2 HELLA Rallye 4000i. Not really looking for a setup that will protrude from the front either, best to keep it all behind the grilles.

Thanks and happy New Year!

That looks great. I'm thinking about getting the LED Xbar when it is available again at TRS, but they are expensive and I don't really need more light than I have already....but they are so cool!

Cool

I did alot of research when I was looking to put some lights on my '12 Polaris Ranger HD. But no matter what I read I still wasn't sold on the LED's. Heck, it took me awhile to decide on a set of HID's to put on the truck, which I'm so glad I did. But, I made the choice and took the chance mainly because of the huge reduction in the amount of power they use over even HID's when compared to regular. And Rigid seamed to be the ones to get. So I bit the bullet. I bought a set of the Dually's in the spotlight beam pattern, and had those mounted on top of the cab aimed at a center point aways in front. And I bought a set of the Dually D2's in the driving beam pattern, in amber, and had those mounted on the front brushguard. Hey, if I was gonna jump, it was gonna be far, right? I don't even use the headlights on the Ranger anymore . Even just useing the Amber D2's give me plenty of light in the woods. And when I'm on the trail all I really need are the spotlights. I just use the headlights just to see how bad they really are.
