Raptor grill lights

I like that look of the raptor style grill lights. I took the idea (thanks by the way) and put it together on my 08 limited, but put two lights instead of the 3. I think it came out pretty neat

I like! I was telling my 17 year old son that I wanted to do that! I wish I could find LED's locally. I hate ordering off of the internet...

for some reason I dont think you put the 7 LEDS on your truck

The blue oval (at least on my 05) is 2.5 the length of 1 of the strips

All 3 of your lights combined dont look like they are even the length of your oval.....maybe its an optical illusion

I just ordered three of those, can u take a picture of how you attached them to the grill? Also if the wires are three feet long u must have had more wire to run down ur hood back to your driving lights? Thanks!

Yeah, you'll need to add wire; 3M double-sided tape.

I took some quick pics earlier and put them into an album on my profile of the grill lights, how their mounted and all. Not great but not bad pics. Check em out!

Guys, to wire this up. Remove one of the headlights. Find the 3 wires going to the turn signal and wire against the 12v wire with the blinkers OFF. Ground is the wire that doesn't go to 12v with pk lights or blinker on.

Also, you can bring the wires back in the truck and hook it up to a Yellow/Blue (+) at the BCM in the PKP in a 10 pin grey plug (E) pin 6. That wiring is for the 09+ trucks. Otherwise its brown at the light switch. 04-08.

Well I have them installed but one of them almost looks pinkish red... Not real happy, I think I'm going to email a pic to the company and hopefully get a new one...
