Took off one of my headlights on my 09 XLT to begin the HD mod. In removing the lense, I've already heated numerous times and all of the permaseal is completely melted and all detached, but the lens WILL NOT COME OF!! Help needed, need this truck tomorrow afternoon! Any idea whats keeping it on? Already took out every visible bolt possible.

 

Nvm I just tossed em in for a few extra minutes at 275 this time, came off like a dream! Will post pics tomorrow!

 

Thats good! I've heard they are held together very good. Or maybe the same as anyones. When I first read this i started thinking hidden tabs. LOL

 

Haha nah I got the tabs, I just wasn't sure how much force and how exactly to do it. Second one came off in like 10 minutes lol
