Aftermarket Driving lights

dang well i guess that shot down that idea my buddy blacked out his headlights on his silverado completely black and 35 on the windshield and when you turned on his headlights you could see the bulb lit up but it wasnt bright at all but he just ran with his fogs on also they werent smoked at all and i could see the road fine but it wasnt anything like still having his headlights

No offense, but your buddy wins the Darwinism of the year award if he drives at night with that setup.

Omg!......Darwinism at its finest.....he would of been better off getting a set of those chinese projectors....

im not sure what year silverado you're talking about, but the 04-07 (approximate) body style with the big square fogs produce a lot of glare with just halogen bulbs so it's possible they're bright enough for headlights. jk unless everybody that has them around here have them aimed towards the trees. lol

x2 I've noticed that too!! Those things have so much glare! If I were a cop, I'd shove a ticket so far up some people's butts. Around here there are a few Silverados, leveled (front end pointed UP), with their fogs on 24/7 and one even has purple HIDs. Its terrible.
