Replacing Door Switch lights?

Guys,

I've searched and maybe I'm not holding my mouth right, but where is a thread discussing replacing the backlights on door switches? My passenger door up/down light went out last night, figure the rest won't be far behind....

And for anyone who had their's replaced at the dealer, how much did it cost for a SuperCab?

Thanks.

You can actually take the switch apart and solder a new led in there. I've done all my switches and swapped to blue LEDs. Once you get the switch apart, you can see how easy it is to do.

Lookin good, man. I've got the '08 body style so if I decide to do it, I'll find Darren's write-up on it.

I was thinking about replacing with stock lights at this point, but I suppose it would be about the same cost. What do you guys think?

The stock ones are white LEDs. Simply order a different color.

Thanks, Raptor. Blue seems a good fit for my truck, as it is my favorite color
