Perhaps a dumb voltage question......

I am gonna be attempting a gauge LED set with SMD LEDs. My question is, would the source voltage in one of the 194bulb sockets be 12v? Seems a logical answer but don't want to just assume. Thanks for the help.

Everything on your truck is 12V DC

It actually varies between 12.8vDC and 15.4vDC. LEDs will die within a couple of months if you do not use a voltage regulator on them.
