Question Golight Installation?

I've been looking at Golight spotlights for a while now and I am wanting a magnetic base instead of a permanent mount. I've been searching for videos or instructions on how to mount/install one, but I can't find anything. I have one I'm looking at on ebay:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/GoLig...item3a67ca9574
So if anyone can give me a little insight on how to mount one it will be appreciated.
The seller has only sold 3 items so I'm kind of worried about how legit he/she is.

We run Golights on all of our work trucks. Prior to contracting with them we tested their different models for six months and I had the magnetic one. Seemed to work ok except you want to mount it further back on the cab where the air off of the windshield won't hit it otherwise they will take off. At high speeds they will slide back but I never had one fall off.

We ended up going with the permanent mount base for security but you then have to drill holes in your roof.

The light functions well except in extreme cold and ice conditions, they freeze up and end up just blowing fuses.

Ok thanks for your input guys. I think I'm not going to use my money for one of these then because I've seen other places where people have trouble with them also.

I have one with the suction cup base or i could even use a different base that stays on the truck but the light can be taken off and its got a cordless remote control. IMO it is great i use it camping and stuff like that. Reallllllly bright. I got mine cheap because i worked at a company that installed them on the hydro trucks.
