Be advised: Led caused blown fuse

I noticed my cluster and fog lights where not turning at all. At first I thought maybe I did something when I installed my TV so I went ahead and took everything apart to see if I messed with something even though I know none of the cables back there have anything to do with my cluster. I found nothing and was stumped as to why my dash was not working. I than moved on to check the fuses and realized something was causing one of the to pop (dont remeber the number). After about an hour of trying to trace and see what it was I came across this.

This is my license plate led and the cause of the problem. I thought it was weird at first because everything was working when I installed and my dash just so happen to stop working when I installed the tv. In any case I think I might have just got a bad led. It looks like either the coneection pointed out are TOO close together that they touched or I just pushed it in alittle too deep causing them to fry.

So just be careful when installing these in not pushing them to far in..
