No cutoff point for my hid projectors!!! Please help

i just purchased hid projectors but they dont give off much light, i installed hid fogs yesterday and they give out a considerable greater amount of light than the projectors!!!! Also i noticed they dont have a clean cutoff like most pictures of cutoffs, instead the light goes beyond the "cutoff" point, which is to say that when aimed against a wall, there is light above the cutoff

Did you get real projectors, like the ones used in retrofits, or did you get a cheap pair of "so-called projector" headlights off of eBay?

My guess is the 2nd, and that's why they were cheap.

they are China made cheapos that rip people off. They may seem quality built, and probably are, but for the money you pay, you can get WAY better lighting setup. For what you paid for those, another $100 probably would have got you a retrofit setup.

HOLY F!!!!!!

I really hope you didn't shell out that much $$$ for those damn lights! If you did, and you got a 10,000K or 12,000K HID kit with it, you just got raped.

depends on who you get them from. There are kits out there for $150-$200.
