CCFL halos will look a lot cleaner than LED halos IMO

yeah just afraid that ccfl's wont last as long as leds. also i hear that ccfl are pretty fragil and break easy and burn out quicker but idk haha. I had a pair of led's on my truck they didn't look to bad.

LEDs last longer than CCFLs but the light isnt as more uniform. As with any lighting product, if you get something cheap, its going to burn out on you. I had a "50,000+ hour LED" from china fail in two months.

Sure, just connect them to something that give them power.
