Pacer Outback F4

Hi, I'm new here but would like to ask if anyone has experience with the installation of a Pacer F4 led light bar on a 2007 F150. I have the light bar and was going to install it today, but ran into a snag with the mechanical mounting and wanted to see if anyone had any words of wisdom.

Thanks

Take off the tailgate, it makes it 10x easier. It should come with a wiring manual to tell you what wires to splice to.

The problem is the area on the right side of the tailgate where the pin stop is mounted. That area is raised to handle the pin and the light bar comes with spacers, but they are not high enough to accommodate the raised area. The light bar is 60" wide and goes over that land. Even the 49" model would encounter the raised area.
