What to do for my fogs
As much as I love my STX foglights, they are outpowered by my projectors and I can barely see them, even with the 65W Sylvania 9005 Ultras in there. I don't want to cause glare (thats the whole reason I have projectors) but then again I want to SEE (and have matching) fog lights, so I'm thinking HID drop-in (key doomsday music) on my reflector fog lights. Thoughts or opinions?
I put drop In's in my round fogs. Sure they are bright but the glare is crazy, so much I never turn them on. Unless traveling down a side road in the country with no traffic. What I wanted to do was put a Bi-xenon projector in them. That way I could hook them up to the brights as well, how sick would that be? Anyway what are the dimensions of your fogs? Mine are 3" round and 1.5" from lens to start of bowl and I think 3" long.

Won't get the color matching but at least be able to power up with my projectors.
That'll put me around 11,500 lumens
read my write ups you tard
its a standard tungsten filament bulb but also uses a thin film of iron oxide to reflect UV light rays. it puts out more light with no increase in heat.
9005: 1700 lumens @ 65W
9011: 2350 lumens @ 65W

Can you find a plastic aftermarket fog that you can retrofit?
Not for mine. They are OEM SVT Cobra lights and were $80 a pop so I'm going to stick with them. Besdies, the light combo I'll have here shortly will outpower a standard 35W HID kit
