'03 blower not working?

Heater/AC is not blowing air. I am a rookie but I have replaced fuses #5 inside cab & #105 under hood. Also replaced blower motor and blower motor resistor. Still not working. Is there another fuse or relay?

Were any of those actually bad (as determined by actual diagnostics)?

Have any actual diagnostics, not including replace and pray, been done?

Have a multimeter?

🙏 & replace 👍

I have a circuit tester only! I'm thinking to return new parts and use money for mechanic. ☺ #5 15a fuse looked ok but not sure how to do visual check on fuse#105 40a so just replaced it with a new one. Other than buying a multimeter, I don't know how to use to test resistor 🤷‍♀️
I am looking for help not negativity, please & thank you!

Best help I can give you is two-fold:

1. Inspect the grounds behind both kick panels. Look for body rot or loose connections.

2. If electrical troubleshooting is outside your skill set, take it to so someone who's familiar with the process.
