AC Diagnosis

I searched and couldn't find answers to what I'm looking for. So here goes.
I recently bought 2013 fx4 super crew 5.0. The AC does not blow very cold at all. Sometimes it blows cool air but it is intermittent. The compressor engages and runs without shutting off. I am not getting any drainage out of the AC drain on the firewall. I stuck a zip tie into it and when I pulled it out it had a few droplets on it but that was it. In my research I've come across a number of possible problems and I'm asking for help in trying to narrow it down. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

I'd have the a/c unit checked for leaks and get it recharged. My 98 was terrible, had to recharge it every couple of years and never could find a leak, my 05 has had it done twice.

For sure check the pressures, but if the compressor is running all of the time, I doubt the refrigerant is too low.

Outside temp is 75f. Thermometer temp in middle ac vent is reading 92f. That's with Max ac on and windows down. I think this is why the compressor is running constantly. The AC line in engine compartment is getting cold.

I'm thinking it may be one of the blend actuators. When I turn the heat on it gets very hot in the truck. When I go back to AC it's just warm air.

Am I on to something? Maybe?

UPDATE:

UPDATE:

Ok guys apparently I have some bad manifold gauges. Had someone else check it and they ended up adding 12 oz to it and it's blowing colder than before. He added some dye to see if he can find a leak. The truck is used and he said there is most likely a leak but there's a slim chance it could have had AC work done before I bought it and it wasn't recharged correctly. Guess we will see. Thank all of you for your time and responses.
