Can anyone identify this part. All I can tell you is that I found it in my AC blower motor
fan of my 2014 when I pulled it because of a load vibration when in operation. Any help would be
much appreciated.

Since it is keyed and broached, I'm assuming it belongs to something that turns with what looks to be quite a bit of force.

It might be some blend door actuator or something.
