Hey guys,

I don't visit here much but I just read a new actuator thread that had a GREAT video of changing the lower actuator.

My question is.... If the actuator teeth are broken, will there always be a clicking??

Mine does not click at all that I've heard. I only get hot air in the summer and cold air in the winter on the driver's side. And even though it's not taking apart the dash, I don't wanna spend a day tearing everything apart and it not be the actuator.
