2004 AC problems

This one is long. Had a brake warning light on all the time. Dealer said it was the computer in the dash panel. Well they replaced it and that fixed that problem. Well I pickup the truck and the AC has quit. Of course they didn't do anything to cause it to quit. The compressor clutch is not pulling in, the fuse is not blown. The dealer tells me that the main computer is not commanding the clutch to engage. The clutch is controlled by the computer. This is a big ticket item and it is 100 degrees here right now.

Is this true? Where can I get s schematic and block diagram of the electrical system at a reasonable price? If I have to I will put a toggle switch in the line and turn the clutch on manually.

The cluster is part of the HVAC controls. It provides the interface between the climate control module and the PCM.

The dealer technician should know this.

There are slight differences in the circuit depending on whether you have the manual or electronics controls.
