I am having a similar issue to https://www.f150online.com/forums/hv...-04-screw.html in that my heater will sometimes come on even if the selector is on the O. When it comes on if I switch it selector to floor, dash, dash/floor, etc and back to O it will still stay on. I thought it had something to do with hitting bumps/potholes in the road but it isn't consistent and I can't reproduce it on demand. Around the same time this started happening I started getting shocked when I push the lock button on my driver side door panel. If I am sitting in the truck and push the button I don't get shocked.. only when I am hopping out of my truck and have a foot on the ground.

My truck also makes a funky noise from below the glove box when I turn the fan speed selector to 4. (video)

I am also having the issue of my passenger floorboard getting wet and after searching for a solution to my other issue I think it is more than likely a clogged AC tube causing the wet floor. I am going to try clearing it and see if that fixes the wet floor.
