Start your own new thread in the proper sub-forum instead of hijacking an old thread that is about a different issue than yours.

You will need to provide relevant details while you're at it, your question is impossible to address since you failed to provide very basic details.

You need a new resistor pack.

Relay location under dash drivers side just to the right of the gas pedal looks like

The relay is located in the relay block in the center of the instrument panel, just inboard of a spot up and to the right from the gas pedal. The relay block also has the turn signal flasher/relay in it.

If the relay can be heard, that means the mode switch is properly working and the relay is, at least, energizing. If the relay does not energize, check the power feed from CJB fuse F22 to the mode switch.

The relay, when energized, power fed from BJB Fuse F105 is switched through the relay to the BN/YE wire to the blower motor. If power is present on this wire but absent on the OB/BK wire, replace the motor. If power is absent from the BN/YE wire and the above named fuse is good, the relay is probably bad.

The fan speed switch and the resistor are all on the "ground" side of the motor and will have no voltage anywhere if the "upstream" circuit is open.

The smaller 5 prong may be your issue if no power to the blower motor.

just spent 3 days chasing the same problem as the original post. Pictures would have saved me some time and a lot of cursing.
