You will need to provide relevant details while you're at it, your question is impossible to address since you failed to provide very basic details.

Download an owner's manual if you don't have one, fuse locations are in it.

Relay location under dash drivers side just to the right of the gas pedal looks like
On the 01, the blower power is switched by a relay. With the ignition to RUN and the engine OFF, switch the AC mode switch between OFF and any other position and listen for the sound of the relay clicking. The relay is located in the relay block in the center of the instrument panel, just inboard of a spot up and to the right from the gas pedal. The relay block also has the turn signal flasher/relay in it.
If the relay can be heard, that means the mode switch is properly working and the relay is, at least, energizing. If the relay does not energize, check the power feed from CJB fuse F22 to the mode switch.
The relay, when energized, power fed from BJB Fuse F105 is switched through the relay to the BN/YE wire to the blower motor. If power is present on this wire but absent on the OB/BK wire, replace the motor. If power is absent from the BN/YE wire and the above named fuse is good, the relay is probably bad.
The fan speed switch and the resistor are all on the "ground" side of the motor and will have no voltage anywhere if the "upstream" circuit is open.

The smaller 5 prong may be your issue if no power to the blower motor.
