2005 F150 AC system not working properly

I replaced ac compressor, dryer, ac lines, condenser and I still have a clogged somewhere. I thought it was the TVX (thermal expansion valve)valve but turns out that this model year doesn't have one. High pressure line reads 450 psi. ANY IDEAS? Freon leaks put of the pressure relief valve.

Find out if there is a strainer in the high pressure line. I don't know if it does, but waaay back the first auto AC I repaired had a strainer at the joint before the expansion valve that was plugged. It was a cone shaped filter that I extracted by screwing in a screw and pulling it out. After cleaning it the system worked fine.

I still wonder if there is a strainer in the line.
