07 F150 Electronic Temp Control Problem

I have an 07 F150 Lariat with the electronic temp control. Problem I'm having that when I set a temp level like say 24 degrees( canadian temps-lol ), the temp will get too hot, then when I lower it, it will get too cold.

There's no happy medium and get's annoying on long drives. Does anyone else have this issue-is there any fix?

TIA.

Sounds like it could be the blend door actuator motor, common problem....fairly easy fix, around $35.00 for the part and about an hours time to replace

Yep, check out TSB 08-23-6. It should be covered under warranty. Very common issue in 2007s and 2008s.

Thanks guys-what do? Call the dealer and tell them the problem and the TSB?

That's where I'd start. I ended up picking up the part and replacing it myself. I haven't had great luck with warranty work. With my last truck they were either not putting things back on properly or breaking something else in the process.
