Heater Blower Motor

I just replaced my heater blower resistor on my 2004 and still have no fan on any speed. (fully electronic system). Ford has agreed to take the part back and are re-checking today. I have a feeling this is going to come back the heater blower motor itself. Does anyone know how hard these are to replace yourself? I'd like to have an idea what to tell the dealer when they call as to whether I'll just buy the part (if that's what it is), or have them put it in for me. Can't find the info via search. Thanks

Disregard.....They determined it was the controls on my steering wheel causing the problem. Replacing them today and should have heat just in time.
