A/C power cutting out
Truck is a 2008 Reg Cab F150 4.6L Auto. 18K miles.
I was driving home yesterday with my air on Max with recirculation turned on. Blower was at level 3. All of a sudden it just cuts off. I truned the air off and back on and it came back to life. This has only happened twice this summer. Anyone else have this issue?
Its not the blend door, that has already been replaced and it goes from cool to hot in increments like its supposed too. This is a power issue I presume since the whole A/C control panel goes off until I turn it back on. I will say that this did not start happening till after the blend door was replaced.
