Switch not working

I turned on my a/c the other day and i noticed the 1 wasnt blowing so i switched it to another one and 2 or 3 didnt work only 4 worked could someone help me with this

I am assuming that you replace the blower switch. Typically, when the blower only blows at FULL speed (4), the blower motor resistor has gone bad. By turning the switch from 1 to 2 to 3 and finally to 4, you change where you tap off power from the blower resistor which then feeds the blower motor.... Do a search on BLOWER MOTOR RESISTOR and I know that someone has already identified the location..... Hope this helps..
