Hot 1997

My 97' is starting to blow luke warm air when the ac is turned on. Tried looking for a how to article on recharging the ac at home but cant seem to find any. Help please...

Take it to a shop. A/C is not something you can just jump into, you really need some background knowlegde of how a A/C system works and how R134a works.
