the blend door is broken on my daughters truck I don't have time to tear the dash out to repair right now is there a way to take of the blend door motor and wedge something in there to hold door open to full cold it is starting to get hot in florida

 

Check out "heatertreater", instead of ripping the dash apart, it involves cutting behind the glove box and replacing it that way.

 

I second this suggestion. I installed the Heater Treater just yesterday and am very happy with the result. Now that I've seen this in person, I wouldn't even consider pulling the dash.
