Replaced Blower Motor Resistor; problem still exists ('06 XLT)

I replaced my resistor and the problem is still the same:

speed 1 works
speed 2 works
speed 3 (stays the same as 2)
speed 4 works

I searched multiple other threads about the problem but it seems replacing the resistor worked for everyone else.

Any thoughts, what else could it be?

Same issue

I have a similar issue, 1,2,3 do not work but 4 does. I replaced the whole panel with the selector switches and that did not solve the problem. Did you ever find out what your problem was?

well, if 1,2,3 do not work and 4 does it's almost 100% certain that it's the resistor. You can get that from autozone or a dealership around $20, drop the glove box down, unplug it, remove 2 screws and you're done.
