'04 Lariat, 5.4, 49k mi., The heater just doesn't seem to be getting as warm as I think it should. Engine temp gauge reads right in the middle and just had the antifreeze checked. It has the auto climate control.

Can anyone tell me the most likely problem? Cost?

I always feel like I pay a premium when I go to the dealership. But I figure they are more experienced at diagnosing, and will likely have the part on hand, and it was done in a timely manner (about an hour and a half total)
