AC leak on passenger side TSB

AC leak on passenger side TSB

This is just an informational posting since I found specifics hard to come by.

I had water on my passenger side floorboard, coming from where the AC drains through the firewall. Also there would be little to no water dripping underneath the truck after using the air conditioning, so I knew it had to be a drain problem.

The dealer blew out the drain, that didn't help, so I had them perfrom TSB 07-13-5. Doesn't look to be too terribly difficult but I didn't feel like messing with it, ended up costing me $166.

The part number for the elbow is 19B739.

There is a lot more water dripping outside now than was leaking inside, so I'm not sure where it was all going before. But it seems to be fixed now.
