98 F150 Heater Core Parts Source?

Thanks go out to those that have published instructions on replacing heater cores on 97-2002 F150's! I have a 98 4.6 with 156K and need to replace the heater core.

I am hoping somebody can help me on getting the right parts! Spending a min. of 8 hours to pull the dash then using the wrong parts is what I would like to avoid. I plan sometime in the next few weeks to tackle the job.

Parts I'm planning to order to do the job:
1. For heater core's. Is a brass core better?
2. Blend door and motor: should I have these on hand and replace even if no broken parts?
3. Heater hoses: what is a good source
4. Can any foam be used to secure the core to the housing so it don't rub?
5. Orings, Clips, Spacers for heater hoses
6. Ground for Heater Core to Neg on Battery
7. Coolant
8. distilled water

What is a good source for the major parts (core, blend door, hoses)???
Anybody have part numbers?

If I missed the answers to these questions in the original writeups my apologies.

Thanks in advance for any assistance.

Do not add a ground to the heater core. Check your coolant for electrolysis. Using a multi meter put positive probe in coolant and negative probe on Negative battery terminal. Reading with engine running and all accessories on should be less than 0.3 volts.
