Is there any way to modify the blower fan in my 03 so that it can be turned off in all positions. Right now it only goes completely off when the blend selector **** is in the OFF position. I know it sounds petty, but it drives me nuts. I remember it used to be in older vehicles you could open a vent and not have fan on. Thanks.

That's show it was made. You can always wire in your own power switch if it bothers you that much.
