thanks guys, I'm taking mine in next week. I love the truck but this HV/AC crap has been bugging the heck out of me.

 

just wanted to pop in a say thanks to this thread. I originally had thought my issue was e-fan related or something related to who knows what after I did the supercharger install and another $9K in work at the same time. We drove from VA to TX for 26hrs constantly adjusting and burning out feet then another 26hrs back doing the same thing before I read about this. Hell it even got so bad that when my wife would close her side of the vents you could smell burning on my side cause it was retarded hot. Took her into Ford today with the TSB pdf file printed out and it took them all day but the actuator was fixed! Now moving from VA to CO in a few months won't be so bad, lol. Thanks again!
