Steve
let me see if this is right.my truck is an 05 and recently it seems like my air gets hot,i can turn it off and back on and it cools again.that means i have a faulty blend door motor actuator?i have manual a/c.im kinda confused but i am having a concern..
my truck will sit for awhile and then i get in it and after a few minutes it will still be hot air,i turn off the ac and turn it back on then my air gets cold.one time i got in my truck in a parking lot let it run with ac for a few minutes air was cold then it got hot, turned off and then on and was cold again.now mind you it doesnt do it everyday.btw i have manual ac.
Mine would change between hot and cold but the blower speed would never change. BTW, I took mine in last week and they had it fixed in an hour. They cited this TSB in the repair paperwork. Everything back to normal.
