Unhappy Air flow won't change off vent

I just bought a 06 FX4 and the air flow control won't change the air flow off of vent. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Here's my experience with that. And actually it's still going on.

Took mine to the dealer today. After several hours at the dealer they called and said they had to order I think a blend door assy. That doesn't sound right; doesn't the blend door adjust the temperature not redirect the air to the other vents? I have been doing some research here and from what I have read it sounds like a vacuum leak. Does vacuum control the redistribution of the blower to the defrost, floor and panel vent.
