Got any oil leaks on the engine? Does it go away if you change to max a/c?

If it was a/c oil causing the smell then you would have a serious leak in the evap which would cause the a/c not to work at all. Maybe something fell down your vent or defrost duct?
Max air should turn off the outside air so if the smell remains after running on max for awhile it's a good chance it's something inside.

No, nothing fell down in the vents.....I cant figure out what it could be. The a/c doesnt really work in stop and go traffic, only when im cruising at hwy speeds......and its in the stop and go traffic that it starts to smell....
