Blower motor relay!? where is it??

Can anyone tell me where the blower motor relay is located on a 1998 F-150?
I have replaced the blower motor, the blower motor resistor, the fan speed control switch, and wired in a new pigtail that connects into the back of the speed switch (one of the 4 contacts was broken) and STILL, after all this, my heat/defrost/ac still doesn't work. There is power coming from the fuses (fuses are fine) and power getting to the blower motor, however there is no power getting to the speed switch. The last thing remaining to change is the blower motor relay. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Winter is here, and I need defrost. Thx.,

In the "Blower Flasher Relay Block" in the center of the dash, low. Doesn't your owner's manual show it?
