Fan speed - 2 lowest settings won't work

I have a 2012 F150 w/ just 2 high speeds, where is the resistor? I'm about to take the fan motor out and check the bearings.
I put a K&N air filter and a tonno pro gained about 2 mpg, got the the bully dog but haven't really seen much from it. About 21 w/ac and 70mhp.

I may need to try this soon. My fan seems to only be working in 4 in my '07.
