A/C Floor Vents in 2006 F150 FX4

I have a 2006 F150 FX4--and the A/C sucks about as bad as the mileage. One of the most annoying problems is a vent on the drivers side of the console near the accelerator that blows cold air on my feet.

In Florida it's typical to drive in shortsand flip-flops and it doesn't take long for this to get exteremly uncomfortable.

Is that a real vent down low on the console? Is that A/C supposed to blow there? Is this blend door problem?

It seems to happen on NORMAL opertiaon but not on RECIRC.

Thanks--

sounds like a blend door problem. It should not blow there unless you want it to. Just my opinion though.
