Replacing A/C Manifold Assy.

Hey guys, was wondering if anyone has experience replacing the A/C Manifold assy. on a 97-03 F-150 w/5.4? I have the assembly already but was wondering what I'm 'gonna get into replacing the thing. I know that I'll have to vac the system out, let it sit for an hour or so then recharge it with new refrigerant, but I was wondering if someone could tell me how long it took to change the manifold assembly and how much R134a I'm going to need to recharge the system. Thought It looked like maybe the manifold would be easier done through the passenger side fenderwell with the inner fender liner removed. Any advice would be appreciated.--DIY
