Just wondering the correct pressure should be for a 97 5.4 Ford Expedition dual a/c would be? Currently my pressure is 45 and 240 at 105 temp outside. Compressor doesn't cycle and all i get is warm air.

Pressures vary according to system load and ambient temps. Your high side is a little higher than I'd like to see, but you should be getting cold air at those pressures. Your temperature blend door is probably broken or the **** on the temperature select switch is broken.
