On an earlier post, I told of my ac also blowing/leaking cold air thru the floor vent(apprx 15% of full heat mode). Thus a very cold right foot on a short drive.
I crawled around under there & checked the vac motors & lines. All appear to be operating properly. I did not hear any leaks. The motor up top goes thru all the motions for ea. setting. The lower motor opens & closes the bottom door ok & on command. These are both on the drivers side. I pulled the lower one out & the door opens & closes fine manually. I could not feel any thing (pencil, pens) blocking the door. With the motor out, the hook moved in & out w/ plenty of force to work the door.
Any other ideas or things to check?

Is the dash going to have to come all the way apart to check, repair, replace all the actuators or motors in there? The 2 on the left seem to be working.
